I hope this message finds you well. It is with great enthusiasm that I share with you the ambitious vision we have for Swarm FC. Drawing from my extensive experience in professional soccer, both as a manager and a coach, I am committed to transforming Swarm FC into a leading soccer organization that will not only develop top-tier talent but also expand across the United States. With the Swarm FC model, the ambition is to bring a professional Soccer team based in Atlanta.
My journey in soccer has been from Professional player to youth Director to Professional Manager. After retiring as a player, I had the privilege of working under the then Preston manager David Moyes, who went on to manage Everton, Manchester United, Real Sociedad, Sunderland, and most recently West Ham. David gave me an opportunity to coach at the club. I quickly moved up to take charge of Preston’s Youth Academy and later the Youth Academy at Barnsley. My coaching education includes the UEFA C License, UEFA B License, UEFA A License, and the prestigious UEFA Pro License, along with the Academy Managers License and the UEFA Youth License.
I was appointed caretaker manager of Barnsley in November 2006. After a successful start, I was given the role permanently at the end of the year. Under my leadership, Barnsley fought against relegation and secured its place in the Championship at the end of the 2006–07 season. In December 2007, after an impressive start to the new season, I signed a four-year contract. One of the highlights of my career was leading Barnsley to a historic FA Cup win against Liverpool and a memorable victory over Chelsea, which took us to the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley for the first time in 96 years. Successfully keeping Barnsley in the Championship for three consecutive seasons was a testament to our hard work and resilience of everyone involved.

Our vision includes franchising Swarm FC across the United States, bringing our high standards and opportunities to young athletes nationwide.
